A staged structure report will be produced clearly defining objectives and goals, enabling resolution and enhancement of identified areas. Senior Management is kept informed of the staged progress for each area identified as a problem or challenge, encouraging input, to ensure the organisational aims, objectives and long term goals and successes are met.
